1. General Terms
- By using our services, you consent to store data on our servers and make it publicly accessible via the internet.
- You agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations while using our hosting services.
2. Prohibited Activities
- The use of our servers for mass mailing, spam, bulk emails, or commercial emails is strictly prohibited.
- If found engaging in email spamming, your account will be suspended immediately without notice.
- Our email service is intended for basic communication and does not support bulk or continuous one-by-one email sending.
3. Web Hosting Support & File Transfers
We do not provide free assistance with uploading, downloading, or transferring website files. Charges apply based on the complexity of the request.
4. Content Restrictions
Your hosting account must not contain, host, or link to:
- Adult content, sexually explicit material, or illegal content.
- Violence-promoting material or any offensive content.
- Large media files used solely for data storage rather than web hosting purposes.
- Any content that affects the rights or privacy of individuals or organizations.
5. Hosting Usage Policy
- All uploaded files must be linked to the website’s index files and serve a functional website purpose.
- Resellers are not allowed to provide free web hosting services.
- Hosting accounts must not be used for file storage or backup purposes.
- Bulk email sending and SMS services are not allowed on our servers.
6. Domain Name & Web Hosting Transfers
- If you are hosting with us but registered your domain elsewhere, you must update the nameservers to reflect our hosting.
- Domain transfers take approximately 5-7 days, and approvals may take 1-4 days from the domain owner.
- You can transfer your domain or hosting to another provider at any time without prior notice.
7. Account Security & Spam Prevention
- Users must secure their scripts and accounts to prevent unauthorized email spam.
- Any account found sending spam via scripts will be suspended immediately.
8. Refund & Backup Policy
- Once a domain name or web hosting package is registered, it cannot be changed or altered.
- We offer a no-questions-asked money-back guarantee within 7-10 days for hosting services.
- Customers are responsible for taking regular backups of website files, emails, and databases.
- While we perform regular server backups, we do not guarantee their availability.
9. Account Expiry & Renewal
- Expired web hosting accounts are deleted immediately without a grace period.
- Before renewing your domain name, ensure that the associated hosting is also renewed if needed.
10. Technical Support & Communication
- All technical support is provided exclusively via email at helpline@geohoster.com.
- We do not offer phone or in-person support for technical issues.
- Support is available for billing, invoicing, and sales inquiries via telephone.
11. Ownership Transfers & Fees
- There is no setup fee for new customers or resellers.
- Ownership transfer of domains, hosting, or website services incurs a Rs. 499/- fee for verification.
- Confirmation from the existing owner is required for transfer approval.
12. Pricing & Renewal
- Pricing for the first year of web services may differ from renewal pricing based on market rates.
- Renewal rates will be displayed in advance for customers to review before renewing their services.
13. Agreement Acceptance
By purchasing or signing up for any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
